Very friendly staff, always polite and ready to help you. The staff are all committed and dedicated to their jobs and role. They all seem to work well in a team or independently. The staff will always contact you if there is a problem and very good at accompanying my mother-in-law to various medical appointments outside the home. Will recommend this particular to friends and family. The manager has been superb at communicating with us with weekly emails and updates regarding Covid-19.

My sister and I could not have asked for a nicer care home for our mum. During this pandemic, all the staff have done their utmost to make mum feel safe and secure while we were unable to visit. Also going above and beyond to keep us informed and connected to mum using technology that a 93-year-old

My Brother has been a resident since October 2019 and I'm very happy with the level of care he has received at Woodhurst Lodge. The facilities which are situated in a pleasant location are clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff is always welcoming and obviously appreciates the difference that receiving visitors can make to their residents' well being. Currently, I'm reassured to witness the stringent control measures that have been put in place to protect residents and staff against Covid-19. through every circumstance, I can see that the staff have sought to respect my brother's preferences and wishes whilst keeping him healthy, safe, and buoyant.

My daughter, who has profound physical and learning difficulties, has lived at Wisteria Lodge for 14 years. She has received excellent care from a team of dedicated staff, who always go "the extra mile" to make sure that the residents are a happy family.

My son has been resident at Beech Lodge for many years. The fabric of the house could do with some attention but my overwhelming impression is the dedication and commitment of the staff. There is a family feel and I regard Beech Lodge very much as my son's home. At the times he has been ill and in hospital it feels as if the whole community misses him and looks forward to his return.
There has been a number of changes of manager and staff over that time, but there is a core of committed, reliable nurses, carers, activities, admin and ancillary staff.

My daughter has been a resident for over 2 years and since the management was changed last year we have full confidence in the staff and processes at Kingsmead.
My daughter had a beautiful room and a lovely relationship with all of the staff. in these Covid times they have looked after her well and set up video call facilities to maintain regular contact.
We are currently very happy with our daughter's placement at Kingsmead.
